July 12: Ten Facts About Me (bookish or just general about you facts or ten facts about you as a blogger...whatever you want)

  1. I like reading paperbacks. Easy to carry in my purse
  2. I hate dog ears in books. It´s an offence!
  3. I prefer reading books in stead of listening
  4. As a rule I rather not read fantasy and sci - fi
  5. I like autofiction
  6. I read everthing from and about Japan, even 
      learning Japanese
  7. I like reading children´s books 
      preferably with children
  8. Thomas Hardy is an old acquaintance and favorite
  9. I always read with pen and paper next to me
10. I very much like reading outdoors

  4. I'm new to the listening to books but I've found I do enjoy it though I'm definitely more of a reader. I love the read outside too but unfortunately here in the Southern US we only have about 10 days a year where outside is comfortable and mosquito-free! Great list!

    1. 10 days to read outdoors is not much.
      in the south of Sweden by the sea we usually have one to two months... with rainy interruptions that is. thank you for stopping by

  5. I have never read autofiction, though I always intend to find one that sounds interesting! I also can't really enjoying listening to books as much as reading them. And I think that Asian influenced books are becoming more and more popular lately, especially in the YA world! I love Korea, and there have been quite a few Korean mythology based books out lately :) Makes me happy!

  6. I started reading this and thought "that could be me". Apart from your preference for everything Japanese, I could list those as my facts. Not that I dislike Japanese literature, on the contrary, there are just others that I seem to read more about, India, for example.
